What does a health coach do?

A health coach helps others to achieve their health & wellness goals by providing trusted, science-based information, positive encouragement, support, accountability and motivation. Whether you are dealing with low energy, poor sleep, pain and inflammation, overwhelm and stress, or trying to prevent or manage disease, a health coach will be by your side to support and guide you to reach your wellness goals.

After spending years waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to get back to sleep, I was desperate for help. I had hot flashes, a “busy brain”, was a light sleeper, and was dragging through my days. I was averaging just
5 ½ -6 hours of sleep/night and didn’t have the energy to enjoy my time with my grandchildren. With Barb’s help, we worked on each issue I had, changed the time I spent in bed, and were able to “reset” my brain for better sleep.
I’m no longer dragging through my days and now I have the energy and stamina to play with and truly enjoy my grandchildren. I finally have my life back!
