I’ve never worked with a health coach before, so I was skeptical. However, I had several health issues including poor sleep and low energy, was recently diagnosed as “pre-diabetic”, and was feeling very stressed and overwhelmed. I wasn’t sure how to get back to better health and wasn’t feeling very motivated either, as I was so tired all the time. I know I needed to do something.
Barb and I met over Zoom to work through the various health challenges I had. She really helped me identify my goals, find ways to reach them, and do it in a fun and helpful way. I am sleeping so much better now, my energy is much higher, and I’m no longer pre-diabetic! I highly recommend Barb to anyone looking to improve their health and wellness.
